Make a meal chart where 500 calories each day will be reduce. A women needs average 2000 Calories each day. If they want to reduce 1 pound in a week they should take 1500 calories. You can use app to calculate calories of foods.Try to eat 2 pieces of green apple each day.
Drinks more water each day. A person needs to drink 4-6 litters water each day. Try to avoid alcohol and cold drinks. Water will make your skin more healthy and will burn your fat.
