BASIC SUGAR BODY SCRUB

Hello Steemians, how are you ? Today I am so excited to share this to all of you the "Homemade Sugar Body Scrub". I've been doing this for more than 2 years now. Sugar body scrub is a basic body scrub so anybody can do this because it is so easy to make. You can do this with just 2 ingredients within 3-5 minutes. Sugar body scrub is good for men and women.

For sure some of you are been spending much money and time just to avail the body scrub in the spa. And it will cost too much money. So that's why I am happy to share this, that you can your own "DIY BODY SCRUB" we start of a very simple and basic scrub. This homemade sugar body scrub's ingredients are natural and its healthy to our skin. The ingredients are not hard to find. You may find in your kitchen or if you don't have you can buy in the market.

SUGAR BODY SCRUB

• It helps to keep moisturize and exfoliate the skin
• It helps to remove the dead skin or dry skin
• It keeps maintain the softness of your skin

Let's Begin...

INGREDIENTS:

• 150 grams of sugar
• A half a cup of Olive oil

**MATERIALS:**

• Bowl (for mixing)
• Spoon (for mixing)
• Any empty glass of container

**PROCEDURE:**

1. Add the sugar and olive oil in a container

2. Use the spoon for mixing the ingredients

3. Combine or mix it well

4. Transfer the SUGAR BODY SCRUB inside of empty glass of container

Tada ! Now you have your own DIY SUGAR BODY SCRUB or HOMEMADE SUGAR BODY SCRUB. easy... isn't ? Close the container and store in a cool dry place. Do this body scrub 2 to 3 times a week before you take a shower.
