This is my second day of body weight exercises in my 3 month challenge.
Today I performed 3 rounds of 20 reps each and I rested about 30 seconds after each round. Today I did hanging knee raises, body weight squats, Downward dog push ups ( I had to google the proper name) and suspension leg crunches.
As I stated in the video two of those I have never done, the downward dog push ups, and the suspension leg crunches.
