Soon, negativity will follows. Negativity is like poison, it slowly takes over your thoughts and brings unhappiness to your life. So how do you deal with negativity?
Through self-compassion and gratefulness.
Make a list of the things that give you pleasure... and do those things when you're feeling down.
Then meditate deeply and think about everything that you're grateful for...
We can all be negative from time to time, but it's virtually impossible to stay negative when you're grateful about the small things that make you happy.
