Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khanan Kamal said this after the meeting of law enforcing agencies on the occasion of Bangla New Year celebration in the Secretariat on Tuesday (April 3rd).
The Home Minister said that the first program of Bahelakh will be held in Ramna Batamul Chaitanya. The ceremony will be held at Rabindra Sarovar. The program of Bangla and TSC of Dhaka University must be completed by 5. Only Rabindra Sarobar will run until 7pm. The marching rally will be out of the fine arts of Dhaka University. It can not be used because the miscreants use a mask to avoid any unpleasant incidents.

Apart from strengthening security in Hatirjheel, Gulshan, Banani, Uttara and other areas, security of women and children will be ensured. Mobile courts will be administered to prevent eve-teasing. Vuvuzelas are often used in eve-teasing as well as disturbing pedestrians. For this reason, the use of Bhuvujela will be stopped.
For the sake of security, adequate number of diver, fire brigade and law enforcement personnel in Ramna Lake and Hatirjheel areas will be responsible. Can not enter matches and lighter at the venue. No more than one motorcycle and backpack can be carried out. In addition to law enforcement agencies, the organizers will have their own security.
