Director Shankar and Kamal Haasan's long-pending Indian 2 has resumed today, August 24. The filmmaker took to his Twitter page to share the happy news with fans and dropped new posters featuring Kamal Haasan.
"He is back," are the words written on the posters. According to reports, Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal will join the team in the second week of September.

Several months ago, Udhayanidhi Stalin revealed that the creative differences between Lyca Productions and Shankar have been sorted out.
He also added that the shooting would begin soon

And that day is here already! On August 24 at 12 am, director Shankar took to Twitter to share new posters of Indian 2 featuring Kamal Haasan. He wrote, "Good morning Indians, we are glad to announce that the remaining shoot for Indian 2 is commencing today! Need all of your support and wishes (sic)."
