Bollywood as an industry that brings out hundreds of movies each year. There are many movies that come and go, and we don't even have an intimation about their release. In fact, at the end of the year, we recall all movies that were super hits at the box-office. Also, we have an idea about our favorite movies that are counted at our fingertips and which definitely shine on the blockbuster list.

It's pretty easy to draw a line between the big banner and the big-budget movies which are easily promoted and on the other hand the low budget movies which do not have enough budget to be promoted. It's total budget was of Rs 18 crore and eventually went on to earn Rs 56 crore at the ticket counters.

English Vinglish is a 2012 Indian comedy-drama film, written and directed by Gauri Shinde. This film with a low budget and a small buzz, won all fans and audiences heart. It was a commercial success as well, at the box office. English Vinglish's total budget was around Rs 26 crore and hit the box office at Rs 79 crore.

Vicky Donor was a 2012 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Shoojit Sircar. It released on 20 April 2012. The film immensely became a hit and had a strong emotional sensitive story. It was a good source of entertainment. Vicky donor's total budget was around Rs 10 crores and at the box office, it collected around Rs 62 crores.

Kahaani was 2012, mystery thriller film directed, written and co-produced by Sujoy Ghosh. Without having a big superstar in the film, Vidya Balan alone managed to sail the boat and eventually made the movie a hit onboard. The film was made with a tight budget of Rs 15 crore, but it crossed over Rs 91 crore at the box office.

A Wednesday was a 2008 Indian thriller film written and directed by Neeraj Pandey. The small budget film made in just Rs 3 crore was a super hit at the box office with a total of 16 crores worldwide. Despite its low promotion, it was a box office success due to a positive word of mouth.

Delhi Belly was a 2011 Indian black comedy film written by Akshat Verma and directed by Abhinay Deo. The film was released on 1 July 2011 and was given an 'A' Certificate for its content. The total budget was Rs 23 crore and at the box office it made hit up to Rs 92 crore.
