Review of outliers

A book by Malcolm Gladwell. It is a book about outliers in simple words people who are a bit different from the rest of the world. I had a great expectation before reading this book. However, after reading few chapters I was in shock. The reason of this was the conclusions that Mr Malcolm made with his data. The analysis is accurate & might be true as well. However, for a person who is looking to create something. This book can be bit disappointing somewhere it will prove you that outliers are the chosen one not created. This can be bit negative. If one wants to read about the data then it is good. But, for people who are looking to gain some inspiration might be disspointed.
