HLEPP: Establish A Habit of Promotion...Thirty Four

I deeply liked the concept of Dale Computers. Michael Dale has trained his salesman to know how to compete in the product. He also trained his production staff to make sales. All of its employees are well acquainted with all the phases and processes that exist in the company.

If you want every partner you and every employee of your company to make progress, organize the Brand Olympics. Why not organize other companies in the same field to enter the competition? I believe it is a good synergy for everyone. You can also organize competitions from people from different sectors only from your company.

Get in the office and the first question you ask is:

1. When will we make a new Olympics?
2. Will we get a raise this month?
3. I want to change my position because, it does not suit me anymore ...?
   Until you reach such an atmosphere for people to come to you with a smile, full of enthusiasm and desire to learn something new, your business potential will not reach the level of great success.
