Lamb to the slaughter is the greatest story out of all of them. I promise you will love this story. Some topics in this story that make it great are the details in the story, the funny hilarious iron and also the suspense it just keeps you reading! Here are some reasons why you will love this story.
The detail of the story amazes me and will amaze you too! I feel like I am in the story when I read it, I can feel the details of the room they describe to us. I can see the movement of the characters when they move swiftly. When I read the dialogue, it’s nice to get something new in the story instead of saying talking they say muttering. The irony is even better!
There are many funny twists in the story that make it even better. The first ironic thing about the story is the title when you first see the title it make no sense at all. But until you read it! The murder weapon was a piece of frozen lamb! What’s even better is that the police officers ate it, now there is no evidence for the crime.
This story is full of suspenseful moments. When I was reading through the story I thought she was going to be caught. Also when I was reading I was wondering why she murdered her husband it was much unexpected. After everything was said and done I was wondering what she will do with her baby now, but I’m guessing you’re going to find out because you’re interested.
In conclusion you know Lamb to the Slaughter is the best story or you will know soon when you read it. This book is very detailed, amazingly funny and super suspenseful. You will not find a story as good as this.
