Review: This book is a must have for all people involved in the creation of any user interface products with it providing key insights into user interactions, the brain gaps between developers, designers and consumers and the key points for development. Krug gives a full breakdown of the art of User Experience and Usability through an light and fun explorative way. Through real life examples, analogies and clever comics you learn the thinking behind the major website’s choices and how you can improve you and your clients user interfaces. Although slightly old, this book is in my opinion a must read for all software/website designers and developers. Buy it and give me your opinon!
