Atomised By Michel Houellebecq

A friend of mine told me some days ago that he had an X-mas present for me.
Reluctantly, I decided to figure out something to give him too.
As my little brother had to get a book called X for Xmas I went to the local bookstore.
There, this book

revealed itself for me, and I instantaneously decided to buy it for my friend. I also decided to buy a copy for myself.
When I came home I strangely watched this video with Jordan Peterson where he is telling how books can reveal themselves:

Did the video reveal itself for me too?

My friend had recommended Submission by the same author some time ago, which I liked, so perhaps I was rewired from that experience so that I was able to get this book to reveal itself to me.

Anyway, the book is really funny. I laughed a lot.
In short, the plot is about two half-brothers born from/by a hippie-free-love-practising-slut Mother.
The book centers about a lot of topics concerning women's sexual liberation, sexual reproduction in general (and the end of it) and philosophical topics. But most of all it very witty.

This page was almost worth the price itself:

I have thought about that a lot and came to the same conclusions years ago:
If Western civilization is to survive we need some super-rational men facilitation the next metaphysical mutation.

Anyway we all are political beings! But I hate it! Coz politicians lead us to hate it! So I agree what that author said!

Cheers~

Oh man. I haven't read a book in like over decade! lol hahaha I love you book reading types. I think it's ADD or something. Audio books work better for me. Jordan Peterson is the best. Guy makes a lot of sense.

Anyway, just stopping by and saying hello for the holidays. From sunny and warm Thailand. Your steemit friend! -Dan

I know the author, I think I saw him in a couple of interviews, although I haven't read any of his books, maybe I'll buy one when I go to the bookstore.
