The books I bought in Vienna Airport

in books •  7 years ago  (edited)

Today I came home from Chrismas and New Year Eve Holiday. I traveled from Stuttgart To Bucharest and I had a stop in Vienna Airport where I bought 3 books . I want to read those books this year and write about them on Steemit.

The books are :
1. #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso
2.The EURO and its threat to the future of Europe by Joseph E. Stiglitz ( a winner of the Nobel Prize)
3.Germany - Memories of a Nation by Neil MacGregor (Director of the National Gallery, London from 1987 to 2002 and of the British Museum from 2002 to 2015)

Why I bought those books ?
I bought #girlboss because I admire strong, ambitious young women and I should like to know how they have created their own oppotunities in life. Sophia Amoruso is a good exemple for this.

My country, Romania is member of European Union since 2007 and a lot of good things happened since 2007. I bielive in European Union and Britain's June 2016 referendum on leaving the European Union by vote of 52 percent to 48 percent make me very angry and disapointed. That's why I want to know an expert opinion about EURO and the future of the European Union.

Germany is country of adoption for my daughter and I want to know " What aspects of the past-tradition or memories-make up their identity today ?"
