The theory of lies, or I see what you think

Hi to everyone! ;)
I already wrote that I am a bookworm. And today you will see a small confirmation) I'm incredibly eager to share with you my impressions of the new book and new knowledge. In general, I now read 3 books in parallel, but one impressed me especially. So, if you want to learn to read people, to recognize lies and in general human emotions - do not pass!
From a book I want to tell you about I learned about an incredible person - the FBI detective Joe Navarro. At first I liked the name - "I see what you think". True, then there was a little disappointment, since the top 30 pages have a lot of "water", but then it completely drags on.
Have you seen the series "Bring me"? If not, I advise you to see. If so, then this book will also become one of your favorites.

Its essence is the same as in the series, but without any fabrications. Navarro tells how to see real human emotions through non-verbal communication. It's incredibly helpful in life! For example, imagine You sign an important agreement for tens of millions of dollars. Often this is a risky business, and business partners are far from always honest. In a similar situation, Navarro also says: he was present at the signing of a contract and noticed that his client's partner was nervous, although a person without this knowledge of non-verbal communication would not have noticed it. Finally, it turned out that the deal had a point through which the client Navarro could lose a crazy amount.
So far, I've only studied 0.000001% of the information from the book, but I can no longer ignore the non-verbal behavior of people around. You do not even imagine how fun it is to go to the subway and watch someone jerk his fingers, amazedly raise his eyebrows or smile insincerely to his interlocutor!
Moreover, this knowledge can save lives. For example, Navarro told how a customs officer noticed that one person was nervous and made him undergo a check. Then it turned out that that man was preparing a terrorist attack!
So, if you have free time, you know what to read;) While enjoying the holidays, the smell of Christmas trees and the New Year's mood! Happy Christmas, friends!

P.S. I found some useful pictures for you, which will also help you learn to read emotions;)

if friend the expressions are very important you must learn to read them, you realize when a person is lying to you, or warning something, I am always interested in looking at people from afar and trying to see the movement of their lips understand that they were saying so you can listen to a conversation but with the view hehehehe
