If you have horses or maybe you want to buy horses you should read this book. You will be surprised about the ways how easy it is to educate horses.
The author shows the ways the Native Americans educated their horses; it's the most natural way to deal with horses.
Natural Horsemanship ist echt toll. Ich durfte schon mal auf Pferden reiten, die auf diese Weise "erzogen" wurden bzw. mit denen auf diese Weise kommuniziert wird. Das war total faszinierend. Ich als totaler Pferdelaie - und dennoch konnte ich mich ihnen schnell begreiflich machen. Eine kleine Körperbewegung und diese riesigen Tiere folgten meinen Wünschen. Das einzig Schwierige war, ohne Steigbügel und Sattel auf so ein Pferd hochzukommen.^^

Echt eine grossartige Erfahrung :)
Es ist schon erstaunlich, was man mit ganz wenig Körpersprache mitteilen kann und v.a. wie die Tiere sofort verstehen, was man ihnen sagen will.
