A Glitch In The @booster BotsteemCreated with Sketch.

hello fellow bassem98
Recently the rewards pool has been decreasing significantly after HF19 meaning that when a whale upvotes me the day i post a comment or something say an upvote worth $2.2 by the time that post pays out it'll be $1.7 or even $1.6 and this is due to significant decrease in the rewards pool lately, so the solution i found is to use @booster, @randowhale or @minnowbooster on posts that have between 24 and 13 hours for payout that way i can decrease the effect of the rewards pool going down on my payout
So yesterday i transferred $1 ('the daily limit') to @minnowbooster to a post that has 17 hours left to payout :

and i got an upvote worth $2.3 Nice right !
If you want to help me out resteem this post you never know you might end up like me one day with a bid $10-$20, this might be just a glitch but we'll see how the bot operators handle this
and i go to my transfer page to send $2 (since @booster has no deposit limits) to @booster with the same memo(post) and i still don't have no upvote nor refund :( and remember the post had 17 hours for payout meaning that even if my bid was in the begining of the round (2.4hours) there would have been over 2 hours (the post is still upvotable).
