At the park I was walking behind a woman who had the finest booty.
I mean ...... it was amazing. Big and round and beautiful.
As I passed her on the path I thought about expressing my admiration and awe of her ass but then I talked myself out of it because I didn’t want her to think of it as creepy. !
About twenty footsteps past her I got this feeling that I indeed needed to tell her. I wrestled w this intuitive hit for a few moments until it won and I turned right around right and walked back towards her. It felt edgy making this conscious effort to share this w her.
I approached her w a big smile and said, ”girl, I just gotta say that you have such a great booty.”
In a thick southern accent and slightly out of breath she replied, “shit girl, I know! I love my ass!”
She turned her head and looked at it behind her and said, “I love it! I’m proud of it, I wear it well.”
She proceeded, “And I swear, I was just thinking the same thing about you as you walked passed me. I was like dayummmm.”
I smiled as I took her compliment in.
Her response y’all... was ON POINT AMAZING!!! I loved the way she both owned and received this compliment. The huge amount of genuine love I felt coming from her towards her body was for beautiful and very inspiring.
We both laughed and celebrated the booty, confidence, and self love w a little hip shake! Then I got to tell her how inspired I was by her response. Loved these moments!
We proceeded to walk together for a little bit getting to know each other’s ass ‘secrets’. Of course I told her about the Bowspring 😉 duhhhhhh!
I am really pleased that I listened to his nudge because not only did I make a new friend but to witness the self love she embodied was a truly beautiful thing. I am also ALL about sisters lifting each other up in cooperation rather than competition. And if it is booty talk that is continuing these connections ... helllz YES!
