Normally I am gourmand. So,I have an interest always in new items food.
Today I am describing about a homemade item that is very much favorite to me and also a nutritious food.
When you see this item I am sure water will come in your tongue. It’s taste to eat also healthy
Ingredient to be need:
- Semolina – 250gm
- Milk- 2 liter
- clarified butter – 6 to 7 table spoon
- Sugar – 250gm
- Alas – 2 pcs
- Daruchini – 2 pcs
Procedure for making:
Semolina fried in a pen properly then add clarified butter,alas and daruchini as per instruction. Again it fried 5 mins. and keep it for cold. Now it’s time to heat the milk 30 min. for well boiling then all amount of milk add slowly into fried mixed Semolina and staring properly so that Semolina will not clot and a mixture. Then this mixture boiled until the semolina mixture dry approximate 70%. Then it release from heater and put (spread) it on a dish for cooling. After cooling you can make different shape and size as you like e.g. Borfi etc.
This is all about my special semolina Borfi.
