Have you dine with your boss?

In most company there had been a gap between common employee and their boss. A boundary that maintain the efficiency of each job role and that a superior-subordinate relationship are always observed.

Most employees has high respect to their superiors especially to their boss. They are tend to immediately respond automatically whenever the boss is calling for something. These has been a mixture of both respect and being afraid to commit mistakes which may result to a negative effect on your boss perspective.

Employees does make sure that all his/her task are done is within the result expectation of his/her boss. Once of these expected results are met, the employee tend to feel the satisfaction of accomplishments. Resulting to have confidence on his/her future works.

What if your boss ask you or your group to dine with him/her? Personally in my opinion you have no right to disagree or put down the offer unless the intention is beyond the limits. It is very unusual to a high ranking personnel of the company invites an ordinary employee.

Whenever this will happen to reality then the employee should be really proud of it, making this an accomplishment that your boss has a full trust to you and your group.
