Baldha Garden : a botanical garden; it’s located at Wari in the old part of Dhaka. It’s one of the oldest Botanical Garden of Dhaka City.

This garden is enriched with rare type of plant, collected from different parts of the world. It has a collection of 672 species of plants. Baldah Garden is one of the oldest botanical gardens in Bangladesh. Landlord of Estate of Baldah, Narendra Narayan Roy Chaudhury, had begun creating it in 1909 and continued to add until his death in 1943.



Once you enter the garden you would find the oldest "Eden Project" in Dhaka city. How the Amazon Lily was collected, grown and still thriving. The garden is a heaven for the nature lovers in a congested Dhaka city.
