I have conversed with those on the streets,
mingled with those in the dens who would betray me
in the light of day magnified by fear and unwillingness.

The reaction of the wire on wire,
Positive and negative terminals shuddering
With the astral clarity of emotion between humans.

Found masterpieces, scopes of wood,
Blatant disease, remedy, fill-me-up,
Orange killjoy, pond scum
                                                  bright point of light
                                                  dull point of
                                                  human scope of
                                                  dull light
