最低层的弱势群体现状

image.jpg干着最累而且危险的活，在工地干活把碰骨折了，三个月不能干活，无人来管，到政府部门周期太长要两年的时间解决，办事效率太低，无人无钱谁来管，家里还有五口人等着吃饭，生活太不容易了，谁又能支持下呢
