- Hi everybody. This is Ryan Church at the Comprehensive Spine Center with MountainStar. Answering a few questions that came to me online today. One person wrote in and asked the question about low back pain associated with muscle soreness. They had diagnosed themselves, really, with having some sore muscles and so they started to do some stretching and apparently it made their symptoms worse. There are a lot of things that can cause tight muscles and soreness in the low back. Overuse injuries, disc injuries, sprains and strains, trauma, there's a lot of things that can cause those types of pains. If your back pain doesn't get better or it doesn't respond to you in the way that you think it should respond to your treatment, then that's probably a good time to have your back pain assessed or analyzed. The comprehensive spine center here at MountainStar is perfectly set up for that. We can get you in quickly and get you in front of a good physical therapist or the right medicines available or even a good chiropractor.
