steemboss: Steemit bounty system

This is a twist on a post called bounty I read a few minutes ago. I was wondering if a simple bounty system could work within steemit?

  1. Post a bounty with reward offer
  2. Hunters comment to accept job
  3. A Steemboss acts as escrow
  4. Payment is made to hunter by promoting the post of the completed job.

Or something along these lines?

I am not sure if this would work but I thought I would mention it anyway.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
