THIS IS MY OLD PUNCHING BAG I DESTROYED THIS THING I JUST BANGED ON THIS THING DAY IN DAY OUT FOR LIKE MAYBE TWO YEARS STRAIGHT TILL IT BUST HAD TO TAPE IT UP AT THE TIME OF THIS PICTURE CAUSE IT WAS BREAKING IN HALF ID WOULD JUST BLAST THE MUSIC IN MY ROOM HIGH AN GO CRAZY GOOD WORK OUTS
