My Boxing Journey: 500 Sit-ups

I made it to 500 sit-ups yesterday at work. I am surprised that I am not hurting, when I did 300 I couldn’t do 1 the next day. I guess it comes to the fact that haven’t engaged these muscles in a long time. It reminds me of the next day after getting to basic training. Everything hurt.
