My Boxing Journey: Eating Right

I haven’t been taking care of my health lately. I have been eating poorly, I haven’t been working out. Last night was the last night of eating fried foods, mass quantities of breads, and drinking beer. Today it is all about the veggies for me.

Started this morning with:

  • 3 scrambled eggs cooked in olive oil
  • 1 vegan black bean chipotle burger
  • 1/2 cup of grits

For lunch I had:

  • 1 vegan black bean chipotle burger
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups of broccoli

Plus I am also drinking 1 gallon or more of water per day and 1 thermos of coffee (10 cups). It’s hard at first to get use to eating good, but you will get used to it and it will be like second nature.
