I decided to practice on footwork, it was a light workout but I did get a sweat going.
I read an article that talked about steps to becoming a professional boxer, in one of the steps it tells you to practice something else so you don’t get burnt out and to help your endurance. It recommended dancing. My wife also sent me an article on how to do the “Turk dance” from the TV show “Scrubs” step by step. So I took it as I should try.
I started watching the video and begun to research the steps. In a short time I started picking up the rhythm better every time. This has been for the past week.
