Hey guys, I have been feeling nausea when working out and I thought maybe I didn't give my body enough time after consuming food and no it's not that .
I tried to stop drinking water before workout , taking lemons before workout didn't work turned out my bra was the cause of all that .now I had to find something that at least works .Its better than wearing it inside ..
What's your say on wearing a sports bra when working out ?do you feel nausea ?
