The French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) was then fighting a war in Europe. Meanwhile, the army is always going to continue the war. There are different instructions for sending momentarily. There was no problem reading these instructions during the day, but reading the lights in the darkness of the night meant that the enemy should be given the position of the enemy.

Napoleon issued instructions for solving this problem. Charles Barbarian, a military officer from the French army, proposed a system called 'Night Writing', where a new alphabet was created for each letter of 12 languages in different formats. With the help of these lights, the soldiers could read special instructions without any help from the light.

In 1821, Charles Barberier started working on the knight writing of the French schoolboy teenager Louise Braille. After losing sight of only four years of age, Braille has been able to rearrange twelve dots of barbarians more easily by arranging them in six dots by reducing them to 6 dots.

In the year 1854, two years after the death of Louis Braille, the Six Dot Charts were adopted by the Royal Institute for Blind and Paris Braille method as the medium of education for the visually impaired.
