Today, social networks have been very helpful, but also very"dramatic" for many people, because people use them in different ways. There are those who use it to spread a message such as promotions, business, etc., and there are those who use it as their personal diary. That's right, we've all been victimized at some point by the messages of the:
bipolar
know-it-all
tattletale
beneficial
troublesome
dramatic
"Inattentive."
straightforward
"damages status"
In short, we have all met directly or indirectly with different types of personalities on our social networks. As the saying goes,"paper endures everything", under this slogan many use social networks. They find an open window to use freedom of expression and there is nothing wrong with that. The problem is in the insult, in the mockery and in taking all kinds of misplaced trust.
I often wonder where people's common sense lies. Surely, at some point others have also asked themselves this question, and it is because this"freedom" of being able to communicate with each other is misunderstood. People forget that not everyone thinks alike and that everyone deserves respect. I respect even the one who offends, I think that even if someone offends us, we don't have to return the offense.
Words must be better than silence, no doubt, and the reality is that no one can offend you unless you allow it, but there are people who have the ability to take the words depending on who comes as there are others who are affected by it and it disrupts their entire lives. That is why, and even more so, the rule to follow when it comes to freedom of expression must be: if I would not like to be told, I will not say it either.
In this way we take charge of building a future full of the good that we have sown in others.
