There should be a provision in the constitution of a republic that outlaws the policies and/or political parties contradicting the principles of the constitutional republic punishable as treason.
THE REPUBLIC
The sovereigns come together forming constitutional republuc, thus for example they can agree on to outlaw the slavery in all its forms, to have equal rights and freedoms for all the members of a union regardless of sex and/or ethnicity, effectively preventing the democratic majority of morons to agree on some stupid rules which will undermine the rights and freedoms of the individual members.
THE REPUBLIC CORPORATION
Then the sovereigns of the republic form a corporation with a different name that of the Republic so not to cause a confusion for the purposes of trade and commerce retaining their individual shares of that company with rights for dividend of profit it makes. The voting should be done on issues and solutions to the nominated issues spread out into municipal, provincial, regional, federal, and worldwide forums using ranked ballot system based on Condorcet method. The money should be nationalized and based on modern day transparent ledgers blockchain backed by gold.
THE SOVEREIGNS vs ENSLAVED MASSES
It is rather the empowered individuals who as the sovereigns must come together to form fair and just society than by a bunch of enslaved headless ignorant masses lead by a few evil elites who impose their arrogant dangerous beliefs devoid of wisdom and reason on the individuals. Never in history of the world the majority of ignorant masses has managed to organize into a prosperous peaceful society nor been right much about anything. Intelligence rests within the individual not the group, thus the larger the group the dumber it gets until it becomes a crowd unable to communicate beyond chants and slogans, noise and violence.
That is the nature of intelligence, aka Lucifer, connecting the dots, recognition of patterns, distinctions between reason and nonsense gibberish, an attribute of the individual not the group. Groups are only as intelligent as their individual members, thus if the majority of a group is comprised of dumb motherfuckers the whole will reflect it as such. One simply cannot wage a war on the individuals by dumbing them down and then expect some perfect democratic society to spring out devoid of crime and violence. It is impossible and futile.

I would outlaw democracy and all communist ideology, along with all other isms and ists that conflict with the rights and freedoms of all sovereign individuals. It is up to the free sovereign individuals with universal inalienable rights and freedoms to form a proper society and steward the world under common law of the land not by a bunch of collateral assets slaves who are under maritime admiralty law of universal commerce code controlled by Vatican and black nobility, ignorant about themselves, others, and the world at large, thinking that they live on a spinning ball hurtling through the vaccum of space at 1.7 trillion miles a year. They can't think, they can't change. They can't manage themselves yet are presumed by them and their ilk to be able to manage a society, which always turns into shit, a hell on earth, never mind the state of world.
