LRoS is a bill payment service in Australia.
Basically users send BTC or alts and in exchange your bill, be it elec, gas, or even visa card, can be paid.
It was a great service in the early days but KYC has put a lot of people off.
However this new licence could prove a winner for them, and us as an easy a-bit KYC way to exchange Crypto to pay a fiat bill.
The flood gate is open, watch how many more similar service companies start to provide the same service.
Hopefully some will not require KYC just to perform a bill paying service, eg BPAY doesn't require KYC in the same way the laws in Aust require it for BTC.
