Brainstorming challenge; the idea of the most upvotes winning a contest should be erased #my second entry

Hi steemians!!!
I have sat down and give it a deep thought and I think the idea of winning a contest with the most upvote should be erased..
You can all just read through some contest and you will see post that make sense loosing just because the writer doesn't know enough people and a less quality post winning because the winner knows people and has SBD to buy upvote...

    I don't pick a winner who has the most upvotes and I will never do that!
    My question is: what is your idea about?
