In the second chapter of Brave New World, there's a depiction of the nurseries in which several messages and slogans are repeated over and over again for the infants to hear before they even know what the damn words mean.
They're referred to as Neo-Pavlovian Conditioning Rooms.
The Betas are whispered to several hundred times a week at eight-months-old about what they are, and what their place is, and why they should take joy in that place.
Of course, these kids don't know what a Beta is, except that they're being told that they're among them -- just like preschoolers in the real world seemingly know what "non-binary" is well before they can define the word "binary."
Now a Harvard affiliated hospital is claiming that kids know that they're trans from the womb.
They have since taken the video down; but, everything on the internet is potentially indelible.
No, kids don't know that they're trans before they know how to talk. We're living in a world now where a lot of adults don't even want to risk defining words related to gender. Kids that are just starting to say "mama" or "dada" have no sense of what any of these words mean.
We're seeing Brave New World becoming reality. This isn't a hospital, it's a Neo-Pavlovian Conditioning Room.
