Bread Pakoda Indian Food Urmi's Cooking

For Rainy Days Hot n spicy Tempting Chuteny 🍞 Bread Pakoda With Khatti-Mithi Chuteny. If get Bored with Regular vada pav why not Try this Bread Pakoda.

Ingredients

2 cup Boiled n Mashed potatoes
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 ts Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
1 tsp Roasted crushed Coriander seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tab sp Fine chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chopped green chilly
1 tab sp Green chilly paste
1 sp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 sp Oil

For Batter
250 gms Gram Flour
Pinch of Turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
Add required water n make thick Batter. Make Batter before 1 to 2 hrs ago of Frying

Bread slices
Green chutney

Take wok heat oil splutter Mustard seeds n Urad dal. Add curry leaves Chopped Green chilly n Garlic. Cook while. Add Mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, Coriander seeds, green chilly paste mix well. Cook for 2 mins. Add lemon juice n chopped coriander leaves. Let it cool down.

Apply green Chutney on bread slices.spread 1 to 2 tab sp Stuff on it evenly. Cover with another slice deep into batter n deep fry into hot oil on med flame both sides till light brown.

Keep out put cut n serve with Ketchup or Khatti- mithi Chutney.
