My alkaline bread recipe

The body of a healthy human it has the PH of 7.35 to 7.45 so the water we drink should be at last 7.50 PH and ideal is above 8 or even 10.

Why is alkaline bread? well because is made with alkaline water and whole food ingredients which helps your body to fight anything you have there that may harm you.
Ingredients
200 ml alkaline water
300 gr whole grain flour ( more or less depending on the flour you use)
1 tbs dried yeast
1 tsp whole sugar
1 tsp pink himalayan salt ( i like it more salty but you can use less)
1 tbs oil (as you wish)

Let it rise and knead it a bit to make another dough ball and let it rise again.19875708_1649799715039261_80313330_o.jpg
After it rises again feel free to cut any shape you like on top then bake until its done in the oven preheated.

After i took the bread out i have cleaned it with a wet towel.
This bread is perfect if you wanna keep the inflammation out of your body and have a great digestion.
Of course this is a bread for one person, if you want a bigger one just double the ingredients.
