A HEALTHY START!

What better way to start the day, a power up breakfast containing cauliflower, poached eggs, beetroot, zucchini, carrot, spinach, and avocado! Combined with a fruit smoothie for the perfect start to the day.
I like so many people was always hesitant to try all Vegetarian breakfasts, now I regularly choose the no bacon, no bread option. If anyone is on Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria Australia, Captains of Rye do a great breakfast menu!
