A Popular Breakfast 🥞 ( The Flattened Rice or Beaten Rice ) In Hindi “ Poha “

Hello Steemians!

This is a popular breakfast of India mostly available in West India and South India but now it is available in all over India. It takes almost 10 to minutes of time to get ready for eat. You can mix some vegetables item into this while frying it in oil. All deatails of ingredients are available in above image. Need very simple steps:

Wash the Beaten rice in water.
Put the required pot on gas stove.
Wait 2 minutes to get pot heat then put oil in the pot and let them little hot too.
Now put onion cutting piece into the oil and fry it at least 5 minutes.
Now mix little vegetables if you want and fry it also for 5 minutes.
Put all beaten rice into the pot and mixed all and leave it at least 5 to 7 minutes.
Get it little cool and serve in plate and eat.
I am not a good cooker but saw my wife process to get it cooked and i write here.
