Dough products: 500gblack, 1/2 cube yeast, 1 egg, 250ml. water, a pinch of salt
Products for stuffing: 400-500 g mince, 1 egg, salt, savory, pepper, 200 g yellow cheese
Preparation: Dough is mixed from the products, left to rise.
Depending on the size of the tray, divide it in two, roll it up and place it in the pan.
From the top place the stuffing made from minced meat, spices and egg.
At the top is grated cheese.
Bake in a heated oven at 250 degrees.
A very tasty pasta, which is made for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner. It gets very fast if a dough is used.
