Oh yes, I have seen this many times. Mostly in the fresh free range eggs you buy alongside the road or from the Jumbos at the grocery. I just had one a couple days ago from the neighbors chickens.

    good call, it was a jumbo! My wife just started buying them over normal sized eggs. This might be why I've never seen this before. thanks!
