Blast hits Kabul in Afghanistan, casualties feared

Initial reports suggest that the suicide bomber detonated explosives inside Kabul Green Zone close to Australian embassy.
However, the cause of the blast has not been confirmed yet. Several casualties are being feared in the blast.
