According to authorities, Keith Melvin Moses, a 19-year-old suspect, is accused of opening fire from a slow-moving vehicle, killing a journalist, a 9-year-old, and a 20-year-old. The incident occurred as news reporters and photographers were on the scene of a woman found murdered in the middle of the road on Hialeah Street.
