LET ME BREATHE GOD

IMG_20161002_015342.jpg
Let me breathe God!
through the nozzles of my facial girth;
even in the flirt of the noisome earth,
brand me a juggernaut of your wonder,
Refined from God's eyebrine,
a noble steward and a sheepish acolyte,
mantled for the cause of kingdom exploits,
A general with goliath-height zest,
Cocooned in whole of heaven's shawl,
then he becomes my all in all.

Then above life's spoils, I will stand tall,
Above the rubbles of frowning ashes,
Let me just breathe God like John Wesley,
A spiritual colossus that numbed hell to loud silence,
great revivalist with Pentecostal fire!
Who froze the covens of hellish conference,
Just let me breathe God!
Then hell will shudder with gnashing jaws,
let me breathe God!
