They would tell me to breathe, but not force my breath
They would say push your belly out when you breath, but breathe into your diaphragm.
It made no sense.
And my breath has become more and more awkward the more more and conscious to it I’ve gotten.
There’s been a few processes over the years that made it better.
But this one tonight got me wanting to share.
So earlier today I came across an article about speaking from your diaphragm. Saying to sense how it feels to laugh or yawn. Because those expressions came from there.
Well of course I ran with that.
And started to sense the laugh through my stretching. And breathing from that place with the laugh reminder.
Cute little mantra-ish breath guide that keeps me deep without forcing.
