More Sensitive Respiratory Tract

Asthma is a condition when the airways become inflamed, narrow and swollen, and produce excess mucus, making it difficult to breathe. You are said to have mild asthma if the symptoms that appear are mild, do not make your breathing and pulse too fast, do not interfere with your sleep and speech, the shortness of breath recurs only when walking or strenuous activity, and is not accompanied by additional retraction of the respiratory muscles.
