many of us now a days have become disconnected to the ability to breathe with the awareness of our breath, we breathe correctly when we are in the stages of deep sleep, when we first come into this world, and as children. You can observe patterns of breathing in animals for ex: Dogs, dogs are great breathing partners for they are master breathers and have mastered the air element if we observe dogs they never stop breathing. maybe for some serious grub or tasty food.. but other than that we can notice that dogs have a continuous breathing technique. Now I am not saying follow dogs around all the time but just be aware of ones breath... even just being aware of you breathing automatically starts to relax you each exhale. take some time out of the day to be aware of the breath for breathing is partaking in the sacred air/energy element. peace, unity
