A reminder to ourselves not just to breathe, but to be aware of our breath is blessing. Gently reminding ourselves what it feels like where our spirit bridges to our physical body in this amazing being we call our Self is an invaluable tool.
Expand yourself! Expand your awareness. Inhale!
A nice good inhale will fill our bodies with fresh oxygen and revitalize all the cells and functionality of our system. Following a nice good exhale the inhale will replace toxins with and CO2 with delicious O2 and Prana.
