They run a new age court system where they implant you with a neural implant and images you think of appear on a computer screen. THe neural implant can send images to a computer and can also receive images that you see in the mind. I thought well instead from me people and firing images at people's mind to where they would then say they saw it in your mind how else could this tech be used. If you were to think of an apple in the mind that projection is what appears on a computer screen and when they fire an image at your mind where the projection of the apple would be is where the image or video they fired at your mind would be. So I thought what if you fastened a camera to a blind person and let the footage from the camera feed into the neural implant so that the blind person would see the camera footage as an internal projection. They would literally being seeing with a minds eye. The footage from the camera would appear in their mind as an internal projection kinda like when you think of an apple in the mind.
