Hello friends! I'm back. I had a nomination to a challenge that caught my attention. This challenge helps us to stay healthy with exercises (which is something, to be honest, I never do).

I must admit that I thought it would be easy. IT WASN'T. It was something that I liked very much. I had a lot of fun and I understood that I have to exercise more often.

My body still feels the work done. I love it! The most difficult for me was the abdominals. It wasn't perfect, I'm sorry, I'm just a rookie.
